We welcome diverse suppliers of all scales and formats to sell on DillBe. Prospective sellers must register on the site at dillbe.com/my-account. Information submitted at the time of registration will be reviewed before the seller can be authorized to sell. The review process normally takes one business day, but in some cases can extend to three business days. In order to be approved for selling, suppliers must complete the due diligence process:
Basic Screening: New suppliers are required to provide basic information at the time of registration, including the supplier’s legal name, trade name, address, and contact details.
Documentation Review: Depending or the particulars, new suppliers may or may not be required to provide documentation such as business registration, tax identification, and/or applicable trade licenses.
Reputation Check: We conduct a reputation check to assess the supplier’s reputation in the industry and ensure that they have a good track record of providing goods and services.
Continuous Monitoring. Suppliers are responsible for maintaining current information in their portal. Failure to maintain current information may result in downgrade or in revocation of selling rights.
Compliance check: It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that at all times the supplier is compliant with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Suppliers must also comply with DillBe’s Counterfeit Policy. Failure to comply with DillBe’s regulations may result in suspension or revocation of selling privileges to suppliers.
Internal risk rating: Based on the information gathered during the KYC process, supplier are assigned internal risk ratings which will be used to determine the level of scrutiny required for future transactions.
All approved suppliers start without the initial rating and can post products upon review. In order to acquire the ability to post and update listings automatically suppliers must obtain and maintain rating of 4.2 or higher. Suppliers with 4.2 rating and higher will be authorized to post or update their listings automatically without the preceding moderation. If a suppliers’ rating falls lower than 4.2 it will retain the ability to post automatically as long as the rating is maintained above 4.0.
