Orders and Cancellations Policy

At DILLBE, we strive to make your online shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. This Orders and Cancellations Policy outlines the process for placing and cancelling orders, as well as our policies for changes and alterations.

 

Order Placement

All orders must be placed through the DILLBE website (www.DILLBE.com). Any activity in which a deal is made through the website and executed away from the website is considered a breach of Terms and Conditions. We monitor such activity. Parties determined to have been involved in such activity will be removed from the website and denied service.

Once you have added items to your cart and completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

While we provide flexibility in accommodating customer needs, we expect that our customers will approach ordering through DILLBE responsibly. Doing so reduces overhead and allows us to pass the savings on to you, the customer.

Orders placed erroneously can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by using the ‘Cancel’ button on the ‘Orders’ page in your Portal, or by writing to us through the Contact Form at www.dillbe.com/get-in-touch. Such orders will be refunded within 72 hours.

Order cancellation after 1 hour of placement is generally not permitted. However, we will do everything in our power to facilitate it, if we find that the order was placed erroneously and in good faith. Refunds on such cancellations may take up to 10 business days.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed typically within 1-3 business days and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping times are published by the Suppliers and may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

You can monitor the status of your order on your Portal. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
