Returns
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may return
it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
If you the item received is not identical to the item
described on the product page, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for
a refund or exchange.
Suppliers may have additional Return and Exchange policies,
which they list on their respective Supplier page at DILLBE. While suppliers
are bound by the Terms and Conditions of DILLBE, they may have a stricter
policy where allowed. In such cases the supplier’s policy supersedes DILLBE’s
toward the stricter side. Please check the Supplier page for any additional
information.
All returns must be in the original condition, including
packaging, and with all accessories and documentation.
Several types of goods, such as perishable items or items
with expiration dates, are exempt from being returned. Additional
non-returnable items are: gift cards and coupons, downloadable software
products, some health and personal care items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are
granted, such as: books with obvious signs of use, boxed items that have been
opened, etc.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase
included shipment insurance, the insurance charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the
payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges
Apart from the cases described in Returns section above, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
